You're beautiful, but who cares — you're in so much pain you can't feel it.
Something happened and you can't find yourself.
There's a way of listening.
We go back and forth — your story and your body, your body and your story — until it makes sense.
Until your body can unlock.
Until you can feel your own beauty again.
That's the journey.
Whole body recovery making its way into your heart.
If this is you, I got you.
I work with the body, the mind, and the heart — your ability to connect with yourself and your ability to connect with the people you love. That's the work. Whether you're coming to me alone, with your partner, with your family, with your infant, with your child, or in a year-long group of women doing this together — it's the same work.
We start by listening. Really deeply listening. To you. To your body. To the story your pain has been trying to tell you that no one has heard yet.
Most people find me because they've been managing their pain — pushing through, performing willingness, going from provider to provider. None of it reached them. Because no one stopped to hear the story underneath.
Here's what happens when someone works with me.
We go back and forth between your story and your body. Your body shows me where it locked down. Your story tells me why. Together we build a conversation between the two — until your body starts to trust that someone is listening. Until it can begin to let go.
When you're in deep pain, you've had to override your body just to keep functioning. You've lost empathy for yourself. Someone asks you to do something for your body and you fail — because you're already split. That split is where I start.
This isn't about fixing. It's not about willpower. It's about developing empathy — deep compassion — toward yourself. Toward the parts of you that locked up to survive. That's where healing starts.
Your body locked itself down to survive. The pain came after. When you finally hear its story, shift happens.
You might not know what's possible yet.
But you're searching — so here's what I think. You can start anywhere. Alone. With your partner. With your child, helping them move better. With an intensive where we go deep fast. With a year-long group of women doing this work together. With the Whole Soma Integration Lab — a twice-monthly space to practice listening to your body.
If you came here because you're in pain, I got you. Let me show you some doors you can walk through. I'll be on the other side.
It's all the same work. The body, the mind, the heart. The connection to self. The connection to other.
